0. Ensure media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.enabled and media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.video-toggle.enabled are set to true
1. Visit https://developer.jwplayer.com/tools/stream-tester/ and start a video
2. Click on the toggle button to open the Picture in Picture window

The Picture-in-Picture window opens and the video keeps running

AR:

The Picture-in-Picture window opens and the video is paused
