We want to get Marionette tests running on Windows. Step 1: schedule on cedar.

From a brief look, IIUC we currently only run marionette against *debug* linux/osx builds. At least this is what I'm concluding when I look at lines like: http://mxr.mozilla.org/build/source/buildbot-configs/mozilla-tests/config.py#515 and http://mxr.mozilla.org/build/source/buildbot-configs/mozilla-tests/config.py#532
Yeah, we do want opt builds; I've filed a separate bug for enabling Mn on other opt builds...bug 1017315.
