1081062 - Contact call/menu button click areas are too small

The call contact button / menu drop-down have very small areas where you can click on them compared to the actual size of the clickable area of the camera icon and the triangle.

The hover changes as soon as you enter the green area, but you're not able to select anything until you get very close the the icons themselves.

Resetting the priority since P4 now indicates a minor bug.  (P4 used to indicate a UX issue.)

If we can, I'd love to uplift this to Fx36, but only if someone take it in time.

Move the arrow over slightly and make the entire right-portion of the button a clickable area.

Mark -- Can you take a quick peak at the patch on this bug? I believe Andrei is part-way there, but I'd appreciate your assessment of where this bug stands.

moving to 38 until up for review.  the P4 is just based on new priorities - which is often where UX falls

I took a look at the patch, but either the bitrot & recent changes have broken it, or the layout of the icons is still wrong.

With the UX refresh, I think this is good enough that we can call it works for me.
