This may just be a duplicate of bug 1108067 but that bug explicitly specifies "setting vertical writing-mode on the document element doesn't result in expected horizontal scrollbar" while the test case attached here demonstrates the same problem (lack of horizontal scrollbar and so inability to view the entire contents of the document) even though in this test case writing-mode is set on a div and not on the document element.

But if it is a duplicate, of course please just go ahead and mark it as such. I'm just raising it in the off chance that it demonstrates some different problem.

I think the patch just posted to bug 1152941 will help here. (Leaving this open for now, though, until we see how that goes.)

Fixed by bug 1152941, I believe. Please re-open with additional testcases/details if this problem still occurs at all.
