We lack some parity on Mulet for B2G skipped tests.
It looks like all other failures we can see on push linked on bug 1141027 are not tests already skipped on b2g desktop.

I'm also wondering if the test skip at https://hg.mozilla.org/try/rev/54c3e520c7ce#l2.13 should not also be included in the present patch, since as far as I understand the condition, it's being skipped on b2g.

I'm not quite sure what the question is. But in general just because it is skipped on B2G doesn't mean it isn't supposed to run there. When we first stood up tests we just disabled everything that wasn't working.
