Details

As we discovered in bug 1151794, the "CleanupPerAppKey" frame is too generic to make a decent signature, we should add it to the prefix skiplist.
This landed in https://github.com/mozilla/socorro/commit/ca2fdf33283a4727e86f3ff6645fa070a6b248ab
