We have a new Adobe CDM, version 16, for x64 only. We should push this out to all Win x64 Firefox versions. Note: version 16 fixes an x64 specific bug in Nightly (Bug 1219574), we *DO NOT* have an x86 version 16 CDM, and we won't get one; the next update on x86 will be to version 17 I expect. The x64 download URL is: https://cdmdownload.adobe.com/firefox/win/x64/primetime_gmp_win_x64_gmc_31952.zip The x64 SHA-512 digest is: d311696ac1ac420f3858031aa8967abb96b34335887b6bf023edfcc33f5312b0b93e57b08ca27efd879cad3c4f49d22a972c7179fef3bb114dd73c09806c0732 Version: 16. Can we please change our AUS update.xml file to download this new Adobe EME GMP, for Win64 (NOT Win32) Firefox builds on Windows Vista and later, Firefox 42 (forty two) and later. Firefox x86 can stay with version 15.
Would be good if we can get this rolling out as soon as possible.

This is deployed. Implementation details: * created a new blob GMP-20151102-CDM-v16-OpenH264-v1.4, which contains just Win64 CDM info and v1.4 of openh264 * created a rule with priority 60, version >= 42.0a1, build target WINNT_x86_64-msvc-x64, Vista or higher. This next highest rule serves GMP-20151017-CDM-v15-OpenH264-v1.4 to the same except no build target restriction (ie 32bit Firefox, running 32 or 64bit) * to accomodate v1.5 openh264, there's also a GMP-20151023-CDM-v15-OpenH264-v1.5 blob, and rule with priority 70 for the nightlytest channel * updated https://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Bhearsum/GMP_Updates
