When I navigator to a nsec package with *incorrect* signature, the url becomes "moz-safe-about:neterror?e=fileNotFound&u=....&c=UTF-8&f=browwser&d=Firefox%20can%27t%20find%20the%20file%20at%20..." Perhaps we should have a better error description for tell user the verification is failed, instead of 'file not found'.
