Combine these duplicates into one. Use Core:XUL for the name but use the description from Core:XP Toolkit/Widgets:XUL
I've moved the bugs in Core:XP Toolkit/Widgets:XUL into Core:XUL and closed the former to new bugs. Dylan, if a component has no bugs in it, can we delete it safely from the admin tools, or should it be graveyarded?
