Steps to reproduce:
 1. Play a Youtube video that has both caption and automatic captions (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BotQZtjSO5M )
 2. Turn on the English and English (Automatic Captions)


Expected result:
- The English (Automatic Captions) should be visible

Actual result:
- English (Automatic Captions) is not visible

Notes:
- Only a small part of the English (Automatic Captions) is seen in the left down corner of the screen in some situations
- On Chrome, the English (Automatic Captions) are visible
- On release 60.0.2, the "captions" buttons was missing when viewing a Youtube video.
