150316 - Get all new messages doesn't work

If I select from the Toolbar or I use the shortcut "Get All New Messages"
nothing happens. MacOS 8.6.

Was in at least in 3 to 5 previous builds...

I have the same issue on Windows 2000.  I think this may be related to 127461.
