As example (does happen from other apps)
Run mozilla -mail, start navigator from component bar, address bar and other
text boxes do not receive keyboard input (mouse input OK)
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run mozilla -mail
2. Click navigator button in component bar
3. click in address bar / hit CTRL+L
4. Try typing
Actual Results: No keyboard input
Expected Results: Keyboard input works
