I have what might be a bug report here via an entirely unrelated mailing list. Verbatim, it is: "When I watch video in youtube if I select the auto-generated caption, that wont display any subtitle, but when using chrome, or edge it shows the text."

This is reported to be on Firefox for Android - sorry I don't have more information than that.
