Details

Currently, the flyout toggle animates out, waits for 5 seconds, and then animates back in and disappears immediately. UX would like us to hold before disappearing for 3 seconds after having animated back before disappearing.

Blocks: 1527926

This bug is no longer valid with bug 1544969 fixed. If we decide to change the flyout behaviour again, we can revisit this.
