Enable WR
go to https://01.org/powertop/
Scroll down a bit till you reach the "NEWS & BLOGS" section. There are two images there
Mouse over any of the images
AR: There is slight jiggle/bounce of the edge of the image as the zoom ends
ER: Not so
I am pretty sure we have a bug on file for this issue, but cant find it.

This is also reproducible using Intel graphics cards with webrender enabled.

No longer reproduces for me on latest nightly (20190914212452). Please reopen if you still observe the problem.
