Actual results:
The page is not rendered correctly.
Expected results:
Render correctly as previous builds and Firefox stable.
I can reproduce on 71.0a1 (2019-09-18) (64-bit).
Doesn't happen on stable, either previous nightly.

I can reproduce the issue on Nightly71.0a1 Windows10 if WebRender is enabled.

Should be fixed in the latest nightly (I had to download manually as it is fresh off the presses, but give it a few hours and it should be out for all).
