Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/
2. Open any video in the PiP window.
3. Scroll down past the video.

Expected result

• PiP window should remain open while scrolling down the page.

Actual result

• The PiP window is closed while scrolling the page. Please see the video for more details.
