If you try to get all new messages from all your accounts (I've 8 accounts) you
get nothing.
getting mails manually from a single account (Get New Messages) works correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.menu file
2.get new messages for
3.get all new messages

or
1.ctrl+shift+t

or
1.toolbar, little down arrow near 'get msgs'
2.get all new messages


Actual Results:  
no results

Expected Results:  
get all messages from all my accounts.

It seems to me that this problem depends on password protected mail accounts. On
my system (I have 4 accounts) "Get All New Messages" does not work, if I have at
least one account without saved password.
Mozilla only checks mail for one or two accounts and then stops. It seems to
stop as soon as it comes to the first account without saved password and then
does not check whether there are more accounts with saved passwords.
It also seems to me that Mozilla does not check accounts by order. At least not
by the order shown in the mail frontend.

do you have password saved for all accounts or only on certain ones?

Could be running into bug 180407 which was fixed.

Or sounds like a dupe of bug 85227.

Does it still happen with a current build (1.3a or 1.3b)?

I have the same problem, but all my passwords are saved (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U;
Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130)
I have 5 pop accounts all them with passwords saved, a news account that i don't
use (i subscribed no groups) and a movemail account... it doesn't work with the
movemail either... it didn't work b4 configuring movemail either and with
mozilla 1.0

I just created some accounts for testing. I couldn't reproduce the bug anymore.
So it seems to me, that it doesn't occure in 1.3.

Yes i had the impression that it's not happening any more im Moz 1.3 too, even
if i didn't do extensive testing...
any way it was not working with this very same configuration and Moz 1.2.1 and
now it's doing it's job!
