Steps to reproduce:
Play a movie/TV show that uses the HEVC codec in jellyfin. If I set media.hevc.enabled to false, the video file gets transcoded to H264 and the subtitles look as they should.
Actual results:
The subtitles are much smaller than they should be. They look fine when the file gets transcoded to H264 or is played in HEVC using the Thorium browser. The subtitles aren't a part of the video file, but they are instead a separate file that is in the same folder as the video.
Expected results:
The subtitles are the same size as when playing/transcoding a H264 file.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Are you able to provide a video link in order to let us debug the issue? Thanks!

Would it be fine if I send you the credentials to my server somewhere?
