I think this is a fairly significant bug, if we're pushing towards the "brief" headers mode. The Followup-to header is also important.

Bumping this off to rc1 as I don't think we can block beta 2 for this. Work on the message header has slowed while other items are pushed in however the message header should see some polish and fixes in the next milestone

Duping forward so I don't have to churn the dependency that this didn't get when it should have - plus, poor Bryan is already stuck as the (temporary) assignee in bug 474707 :)
