523443 - [faceted search] In "Open as list" search results, "Subject, From, or Recipient filter" should be default quicksearch option (streamline search workflow)

Faceted Search workflow is still really awful. Here's one thing we could improve:

Steps:

- Do some "Search all messages" for a searchword of your choice
- From faceted search results tab (the first one which I always want to skip):
- Click "Show all as list"

Actual results

1 no useful focus (I'll post that as separate bug)
2 Quick search default option is "Search all messages" (which I have just done; and it doesn't even show the search words I used)
-> There's no efficient way for the user to narrow down the list
-> If I want to narrow down (i. e. filter) by subject, or person, or whatever, I have to first open quicksearch dropdown, then choose my option, then enter additional searchwords - very awkward

Expected results

1 decide on a useful focus; I'll propose quicksearch box in another bug
2 make "Subject, From, or Recipient" the default option (could be "Entire Message" after that lands, bug 271222*)
-> Now user has highly efficient way to narrow down results by adding another search word for subject, from, or recipient

- for added coolness in the long run, combine this with bug 522985 ("Power filter")
- I'd think it's more likely that user wants to narrow down the existing list than that he wants to do another "Search all messages" right away from here

*: "Entire Message filter" (bug 271222)is ready to land, but currently stopped by string freeze *sigh*

Bug 549970: When showing "Open as list" search results, there should be a useful focus (e.g. on QuickSearch Filter Box) to improve search workflow

This request is mooted by the landing of the quick filter bar functionality in bug 545955.  The point about the focus may be still be appropriate as another bug.
