I have attached message displayed in NEWSGROUP gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.devel on gmane.org (not in email folder) and I want to reply to it. Finger memory leads me to Ctrl-Shift-L, which unfortunately sends message BOTH to fedora-devel-list@redhat.com and posts it to gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.devel, so that effectively message gets twice to the readers of the list.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.press Ctrl-Shift-L
2.
3.
Actual Results:
New message is created targeted to BOTH fedora-devel-list@redhat.com email list and gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.devel newsgroup
Expected Results:
New message JUST to gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.devel

Ctrl+Shift+L = Reply to List
doing so on testcase replies to both the mail list and newsgroup, which looks ok to me at first sight, but I don't use lists and newsgroups often enough to judge.
That's different from Ctrl+Shift+R = Reply All, which replies to both lists AND the sender (also ok).

Per Comment 2, this doesn't seem to be a bug -- Ctrl+Shift+L is for replying to a mailing list and Ctrl+Shift+R is for replying to all (which in a new folder sends the reply both to the newsgroup and by e-mail to the psoter). In Thunderbird 128.7.0, the keyboard shortcut for followup-to (when in a news folder) is Ctrl+R, and I don't see a compelling reason to change this to Ctrl+Shift+L.
