When this happens, the title of the panel is "Page Bookmarked" instead of "Edit This Bookmark." Also, this error appears in the error console: Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsITransactionManager.endBatch]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: resource:///modules/PlacesUIUtils.jsm :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 1409" data: no] I'm not sure of steps to reproduce.
I've reproduced the same yesterday, looks like intermittently this._batching in StarUI goes out of sync.

we never identified reasons for this, though after a first period where many people could reproduce it seems to have stopped, likely some weird behavior in xbl, though we sadly don't have enough data to do anything.
