Steps to reproduce:
reply to a mail - get the composer window open
Actual results:
the "spelling" button was disabled
Expected results:
the "spelling" button should have been enabled, allowing me to toggle spelliung using a different dictionary.
workaround: click on the recipient email address, then click again on the text-editing area makes the "spelling" button active again
the bug appeared a while ago (version 8 maybe)
