Just want to add a note saying that i think having access to camera video and audio in firefoxos is going to be critical. There are tons of essential and creative applications that need to be able to have access to live view from camera, take pictures, or record audio. As far as I can tell, currently there is no other way to do this in firefoxos (since getUserMedia() is not supported either).

Just a note for future readers of this bug: this is a meta-bug only for tracking . WebRTC support has been in b2g since 1.2.

Just to clarify (since I was recently asked on irc): gUM (getUserMedia) support was added in v1.2. Full WebRTC support (including PeerConnection and H.264 H/W support) came in v2.0.
