Details
We have various meetings that are led by different people from our group.
We would like to host our meetings in a common room and share privileges to control the meeting.
Could you please create the "Release Engineering" room?
We would like these people to be power users:
* coop
* catlee
* joduinn
* armenzg
We can ask more people with this privilege as they need it.
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, there can only be one owner for a room. If that person is not present, then no admin rights are available.

Hi zandr,
I can be the owner.
Can we have those other people to have "operator" status? If I understand correctly that such status is not a room value but a user role.
Is this possible? Can the four users mentioned to be operators as they run various meetings?

Operator is substantially more powerful than a room owner. Checking to see what the implications are.

Could we do similar to what was done in bug#760281?
1) create "Release Engineering" room in vidyo.
2) create "release@mozilla.com" account in vidyo, where the password can be shared amongst all who need it. Anyone logged into vidyo using this vidyo account can control/mute/etc meetings, but only one person at a time can do this.

We are no longer creating accounts like that. If we assign an owner, we can have the owner changed when it is none that owner will be on PTO or out.

Hi Guillermo,
Is there a dial-in information for this room? (in case Vidyo cannot be used)
I have not been able to find it.

You can find your dial in information from the control meeting page in the Vidyo dialer for the VidyoDesktop app. If you invite by email, the link will also have the dial-in number.
