The Android API Version is basically the right "OS version" notion on Android. Without it, we can't really know what Android version we run on. The uname string shown as "OS version" has some hard to parse data, but it sometime contradicts the Android API version as in https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/39be186f-0e74-4a5e-ae82-53e532121017 so I don't trust it.
So, it would be very helpful to have the Android API Version in pub-crashdata CSV files.

If it's hard to add a new field to CSVs then just replace the existing (mostly useless) OS version field by Android API Version on Android,

There's multiple fields we should add the the CSVs, actually I'd like us to have all of those in there that we expose in the reports/index page.
And I'm against replacing the OS field unless we already send a different OS field with the crash reports.
