Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130307122903 Steps to reproduce: Writing or editing any message, I tried ctrl minus and ctrl plus to zoom out and in on my full hd laptop screen. Actual results: Nothing Expected results: The message content should be displayed smaller or larger depending on zoom level. The actual message font size should remain the same.
I have to correct "Actual results": ctrl minus makes the actual font size small and ctrl plus larger. This is inconsistent with the use of these command keys in displaying messages, where the actual message content font size remains the same it is only displayed larger. What I expect is that ctrl plus and minus are consistently "visualization helps" (zoom) and not like in this context, "composition commands" (larger or smaller fonts). It doesn't seem logical that a visually impaired like me, is forced to send large fonts when I only want to zoom in to read quotes and composing text better. In fact this makes my messages even annoying (shouting) for the un-impaired.
This is already implemented in bug 738194 for TB 18. If you only use the stable releases then you will get it with TB 24 soon.
