Details

We will use the OmxEncoder to do the video/audio encoding stuff. To ensure encoder quality, we should have gtest cases on emulator to ensure the OmxTrackEncoder functional well. Please try to test the IO like the Init, GetMetadata, GetEncodedTrack and check the result, thanks.
