Steps to reproduce:
- Switch windows 10 to tablet mode.
- Play any video in firefox.
- Select Picture-in-Picture.
Actual results:
Mini-player opens as full screen.
Expected results:
Video should be played in a small floating windows rather than full screen

Yes I can repro on my Lenovo Yoga, if I switch it to tablet mode.
Mike I believe you implemented the PiP feature. Do you know how hard it would be to fix this?

This is effectively a dupe of bug 1543027, and will get fixed by the patch in there.
